A quick look at pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes
Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape is a sticky material provides immediate bonding to most of the dry and clean surfaces when apply with pressure. Compare to the traditional attaching methods like glue and fastener, it benefits prompt, precise, low cost, and can be used in intelligent manufacturing. PSA tapes are also known as self-adhesive tape or sticky tape. It can be applied in roll size or die-cutting to any shape to meet the design requirements. Combination with various types of adhesive and carrier material, the adhesive tape industry offers diversified adhesive solutions to product designers and manufacturing engineers.

Types of PSA tapes
According to the basic construction of PSA tapes, we have single-sided adhesive tapes, double-sided adhesive tapes, and non-carrier adhesive tapes.
(1)Single-sided Adhesive Tapes - Carrier material coated with single side adhesive coating
Single coated adhesive tape offers different adhesion, thickness, UV & temperature resistance, widely used in automotive, bicycle, electronic, white goods, and safety industry.
Application: Surface protection, temporary fixing during transportation, high-temperature processing, masking, thermal conductivity solution, floor marking, sealing, anti-puncture purpose, insulation...
(2)Double-sided Adhesive Tapes - Carrier material coated with double side adhesive coating
Great for fixing and attaching two different materials. Especially for exterior parts like trims and panels need flawless bonding and parts that require special size adhesive solutions.
Double sided tape has various combinations of carrier materials and adhesive types, choosing the right tape for your project not only improves the efficiency but also reduces the cost.

(3)Non-carrier Adhesive Tapes - Release liner coated with a layer of adhesive, without carrier material
Non- carrier adhesive tapes are also known as transfer tape. It's an unsupportive layer of adhesive tapes, offers great conformability to curved and irregular surfaces.
